Rebuilt agent testing into separate layers (routing / planning / execution) with API-level checks that the requested change actually happened - targeted tests ~10x faster, and a 30+ multi-turn suite that caught P1 defects offline evals missed, before private preview
Traced misrouted requests to skill selection comparing raw text embeddings, so the same request routed differently depending on the name or email inside it - replaced those values with type labels before lookup (cross-language routing consistency 74% -> 90%)
Built failure detection over production logs using 9 heuristics derived from the code and test runs - surfacing failed runs that looked healthy because existing monitoring only tracked HTTP 500s while failed agent runs still returned HTTP 200 on nearly every turn

The Head of Sales who used it credits the tool as a direct contributor to ~20x growth in advertising spend across her telecom client portfolio over two years; she later reported that at a company without an equivalent tool, comparable forecasting errors cost roughly $1M/year in client compensation
Released publicly as mediaplan.yandex.ru after my transition to another team, and eventually folded into Yandex Direct, the company's main advertising platform
Designed and shipped two additional React/TypeScript web apps from scratch in 3 months as sole frontend engineer - also acting as product manager, gathering requirements and adjusting scope
